Q&A – What is a fulfillment center?

Once you sell your product you just inform us where to deliver your item. You can tell us through email or text – 0963-6080800. If you sold your product directly (not through our store) please remember to charge your customer a Php50 delivery fee.

A fulfillment center will take care of your products once sold. Will get the product from our bodega where you had it stored. After picking it up, your product will be going to our packing department. Here is where your product will be packed and processed.

After your order has been processed and is ready for delivery we will contact a delivery service who will deliver your product for Php50 to your customer.

When we receive your orders before 2pm it will be processed and delivered the same day. If we receive your order after 2pm we can’t deliver the same day and most likely it will be delivered the next day.

Let me give you an example how it works. Say for example you sold 1kg of roasted cashew nuts to your customer for Php500 .. this is what will happen.
You need to text/call or email us what product you sold, total amount, delivery address and contact number.

In this case you informed us that you sold roasted cashew nuts 1kg for Php500 .. once we receive this order our fulfillment center will put your order in our system and somebody will pick up your cashew nuts in our bodega and bring it to packing department.

This is where we process your order and print a receipt for your customer. The invoice will be as follow … Cashew nuts 1kg Php450 and delivery fee Php50. So a total of Php500. We get your cashew nuts packed and ready for delivery.

Once it is ready a delivery service will pick up your order and deliver it to the address you gave us. Once it is delivered and we receive payment from customer the payment will added to your account and paid to you every 16th and 1st of the month.

That is a simple explanation of how a fulfillment center works. Hope this helps to understand what we are doing. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

SUMMARY
What is a Fulfillment Center?

A fulfillment center is a physical space that processes and fulfills customer orders from ecommerce retailers. To help you understand, consider the typical order fulfillment process for a small to mid-sized online business.

When a customer places an order, the information is forwarded to a 3PL provider or fulfillment center. The center already has your inventory in storage, so they take the order, gather the purchased items, and package them. The order is then handed over to a shipping carrier for delivery to the customer. It’s the same process, but it takes the burden off your shoulders and, in many cases, gets it done more quickly and more efficiently.

A fulfillment center is designed to fulfill orders in a quick, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Fulfillment centers can process business-to-customer (B2C) orders and larger business-to-business (B2B) orders. For the most part, B2B orders are sent directly to a retailer, while B2C orders are shipped to the customer’s home.
